boneless breast of chicken lightly breaded, stuffed with pecerino brinata, wild mushrooms, spinach, onions and basil baked - served with brinata sherry sauce

Salmon Lima
fresh salmon filet marinated in white wine and fresh dill served with a lime zest cream accented with tapatio - broiled

Artichoke Heart & Kalmata Olive Risotto
arborio rice sautéed with artichokes, olives, portabello mushrooms, white wine, cream & parmesan.  Baked and served with roasted sweet peppers and a sun dried tomato pesto cream
